Patient Support

As the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, our patient support staff is the voice of UBC and plays a critical role in ensuring patient needs are met.

Our Site of Care administration & adherence programs are provided in the home setting and in alternate sites of care, such as the retail pharmacy setting. Experienced registered nurses and pharmacists provide injection training and administration of complex specialty products.

UBC has Clinical Support Centers throughout the United States, staffed with registered nurses, pharmacists, and highly trained associates who manage adverse event reporting, provide product information, patient education and support, while following any Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) requirements.

Contact Center

UBC’s trusted Contact Center staff assist patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Our services are designed to optimize the patient experience with the goals of increasing awareness, ensuring access, improving medication adherence, and minimizing risks of the prescribed therapy.

Pharma, Patient, and Client Services

Safety and Risk Management

UBC plays a significant role in patient and pharmaceutical product safety. UBC pharmacists perform a variety of functions throughout the organization to support patient care and product safety. They provide telephonic prescription consultation, adverse event reporting and management, verification of prescriptions, dosage, and patient and prescriber information.

Sales/Business Development

Our Sales and Business Development team supports all areas of the company with a focus on providing solutions to fit our clients' needs. This team knows how to build relationships, remain up-to-date on industry trends, and proactively promote UBC's services and expertise.

Sales and Business Development team members collaborate with leaders and colleagues throughout the organization, including operations, account management, proposals and pricing, to ensure UBC services are competitive in the marketplace.
